Our client focus is on providing legal advice and representation to companies. We support our clients in legal matters that may arise in everyday business. The factual focus is on preventive legal advice and contract drafting.
We primarily advise on transactions, i.e., mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital and private equity, joint ventures, financing transactions (loans, leasing), acquisition, sale, and financing of commercial or residential real estate and aircraft, commercial leases, licensing of intellectual property (e.g., trademarks, patents, software), supply and distribution agreements between companies.
We also represent our clients in court in the legal areas in which we advise them. This includes representation before the newly established “Commercial Courts” in Germany and before arbitration tribunals – in both cases also representing clients in English as the language of the proceedings.
